Part 135 and Service Bulletins...

Does anyone know whether SB's are required to be performed for Part 135
operation. Most folks seems to think yes, but I can't find what part of 135
specifies this.

I beleive that it depends on how you set up your 135 certificate.
Whatever you can get your P.I. to sign off on. Most 135 guys do
recomended and Aleart SB's. The only SB's that would be mandatory would
be ones tied to an applicable AD.
